Inside Sales Representative


The ISR is responsible for all new business lead generation activity, pipeline management and driving prospects to qualified opportunities in order to meet individual revenue creation.

In this role, the candidate will work with the field sales people along with channel/marketing teams of the principal vendor to exercise marketing campaigns and go to market strategies to engage new suspects and prospects in the initial stages of sales process to deliver highly qualified opportunities to the sales teams as well as prospecting, penetrating target accounts, expanding product sales within the installed base, and closing smaller sales.


  • Responsible for the generation of opportunities within specific geographies targeting IT decision makers
    • Research companies and contacts using historical lead information, company website, and articles to develop a whitespace target list and cold call into those account
  • Follow up campaigns and providing detailed feedback on the success of each campaign
    • Work with Marketing to develop and drive attendance to territory + specific events
  • Keeping the customer database up to date (CRM management) and managing information in the database on all prospects and opportunities
    • Accurately manage, track and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in CRM system -Zoho
  • Working with Partners on call out days and events where required
  • Responsible for tracking and forecasting performance against target reports
    • Nurture ISR-driven opportunities through the sales cycle to close
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales bookings quota
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development Reps on follow up of incoming leads
  • Provide presentations to prospects via WebEx
  • Schedule, facilitate, and introduce demos and meetings for field team as appropriate
  • Routinely check in on existing customers and position additional solutions for new requirements

  • Dynamic person with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
    • Superb communication skills to introduce products and services focusing on the business benefits and advantages
  • University degree at the Bachelor level or higher
  • Knowledge of Cloud solutions and infrastructures
  • Experience in selling Cloud based solutions and collaborative applications
  • Proficiency CRM systems -Cloud based
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player
  • Detail and results oriented

  • Creative, passionate and driven
  • English: Fluent, Arabic


  • 2+ years preferred of related experience in B2B Telephone outbound selling
  • Experience with CRM especially Oracle NetSuite or would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Messaging System ,CRM system ,Email Security services
